Shipping Policy

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped as soon as possible. In most cases, within 7-10 business days.

All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping fees are calculated at a flat rate and may include additional fees calculated on a per-item basis and determined by order weight.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped. All domestic shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.

Packages will not be shipped on the weekends or on the following U.S. holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping Addresses

Please be sure to provide the precise street address/P.O. box, city, state, and zip code information. Remember to fully spell out everything in your address. This will help to prevent any errors in shipping.

You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses while you are in the address confirmation step of the check-out process.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

APO/FPO/ and DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO/FPO/and DPO addresses are able to choose their own form of shipping. Due to military handling processes, the delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Pre-Order Shipping

Production time may take 7-10 business days. Orders may have an estimated arrival time within 4-6 weeks after completed production.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products labeled non-returnable are non-refundable items.

Any returned item must be in new, unused, or unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges unless the return was due to an error made by Yard and Village.

Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. Your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction.

After returning merchandise back to Yard and Village, via mail, we will review your item(s) within 30 days of receiving items. After reviewing the items, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit for the purchase price of the item. Customers who paid with PayPal will receive a full refund back to their PayPal account.
